Meet Dr.Dee
Dr. Deshawnda Williams is a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of Clinical Social Work and Special Education. She is a practicing Social Worker who facilitates as an independent Behavior Specialist Consultant contractor. She has worked in the mental health field for sixteen years where she has delivered Family Focused Therapy (FFT), Attachment-Based Therapy with Children, Adolescents and Families (ABT). In addition, she has worked evidence-based treatments with adolescent clients having a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment issues; such as anxiety, stress, depression, and social peer relationship problems. She is certified with the state of Pennsylvania in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).

On The Right Track With Dr. Dee is a consulting company who addresses women, men and children in urban and rural settings– on the subjects of Mental Health, Mental Stress, Mental Awareness, and Mental Matters across Domains (Home, School, Religious Institutions, Work place and Community). OTRTWDD Provides destigmatization strategies and techniques trainings for individual and corporate companies. Provides coaching through motivational, inspirational, transformational and Keynote speaking engagements that are geared to helping individuals Discover, Develop and learn key concepts to Do things Differently in their lives. On The Right Track With Dr. Dee is also driven through three other vehicles:
Learning 2 Excel Christian Academy
As an educator, I have fought against the social injustices that school privatization places on children of color in low income communities Internationally. It is my professional goal to help eliminate poor educational settings for children with mental health needs and cognitive disabilities by developing an inclusive academic environment and healthier school setting through my program called Learning 2 Excel.
We are currently developing the Learning 2 Excel Christian Academy projected for completion for the 2018-2019 school year in Morovia Liberia.
